The property consists of a secluded mature Italian garden of pine, linden and lemon trees and a very private swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5 meters, 1.40 m deep) overlooking several acres of olive groves, vineyards and fields.
It is ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, just minutes away from Siena and within an hour’s or so drive from Florence, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano as well as many other beautiful but lesser known towns, and the Tuscan seashore. The owner, a retired surgeon who was born and raised in Siena and has worked in the area all his life, lives on the premises and can give advice (in Italian).

The house has two rental apartments with separate entrances, but which can be joined via the internal staircase.
They are furnished in the Tuscan style with antique and classic pieces.
They have central heating and are available also during the cooler months of the year.
Parking for several cars next to the house, opener of gate to property is handed over with the keys to the apartments.
Shopping with parking in easy-to-reach San Miniato, about 1 mile away.
