There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), one spacious bathroom (with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and a double sink), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a spacious well-equipped dining kitchen with a large fireplace, a family fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The upper floor apartment can be reached from the ground floor apartment or via an outside staircase leading up to a small terrace with table and chairs. The corridor runs along the back of the house and all the rooms leading off from here offer a splendid view over Siena. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), one bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, a dining room, and a well-equipped dining kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine.
